Pre Contract Services

  • Review and report on the best drilling methods and programs for your project and location.
  • Tender Application Assistance, including
    • Develop tender template and documents; and
    • Ensure tender documentation accounts for special drill plant, equipment , special drilling needs and consumables.
  • Review of Tender submissions for suitable contractors:
    • Cost comparison between drilling contractors.
  • Tender award review, e.g. Inspections, personnel review; and
  • Ensure drilling operations commence smoothly and efficiently.

Project Management

  • Ensure straightforward and efficient operation of drilling operations from commencement.
    • Site liaison;
    • Confirmation of site preparations;
    • Equipment inspections; and
    • Ensure equipment matches tender specifications.
  • Assist Clients with the ongoing management of their projects, including:
    • Troubleshooting down hole drilling problems;
    • Confirming the capabilities of rig crews—specifically Drillers and Supervisors;
    • Logistics advice & troubleshooting, e.g. fuel, casing, drill fluids, camps, etc.;
    • Provision of advice on the coordination of third party contractors;
    • Improve production and rig efficiency;
    • Provision of advice on new technology and methods to improve safety and drilling efficiencies;
    • Lead teams to ensure the correct implementation of drilling programs meet client standards;
    • Provision of high level supervision across drilling activities;
    • Monitoring and reporting on non-production time, and investigation as required to drive improvement;
    • Manage and improve logistical requirements for drilling including access, equipment, suppliers and consumables;
    • Provision of technical support during operations; and
    • Review excessive use of consumables.
