SMRS has identified and mitigated potentially hazardous site practices and equipment risks that could have severely impacted on personnel, their families and project budgets. SMRS also manages mining contractors on behalf of our clients to ensure mining activities are being conducted to a consistent, safe, and agreed standard.

The Managing Director of SMRS is Sharyn McCulloch who has over 20 years experience in the Australian mining sector and specialised knowledge of drilling operations. Prior to forming SMRS, Sharyn was a senior consultant and manager for the National Occupational Safety Association, Century Resources, Pontil (now Major Drilling), and Western Deep Hole Drilling.
